We have been with Aurora for more than 5 years. We had tried several companies (some British, some US) but when Aurora came in, it improved significantly from day one.

We then asked them to redo our website, rewrite some pages more SEO oriented. They still manage our SEO and website. We moved to the top 5 ranking within 3-4 months, and a few months later to the top 3 and have not left it since. They constantly adapt to the new trends.

Our account is managed by one person which makes it much easier. Our account manager is our only point of contact and deals with all our requests, design, website, seo, etc... She is very reactive to our requirements, updates, and changes. And she also knows very well our needs, and regularly suggests things to improve. She also does not hesitate to chase us, so we can improve.
